My clients bought this dilapidated house with the intention of doing a full refurbishment from top to bottom. We have created a bright spacious open plan kitchen dining living space to the rear, with a large utility room to the side, relocated the bathroom and converted the attic. The house is now a comfortable modern home with lots of room for their growing family.
