Site update from our project currently onsite in Mount Vernon, renovating and extending throughout.🧱🔨 The past month has seen lots of progress here, we now have the house and extension fully rendered, dormers to the attic fully formed and composite cladding board installed, all new doors, windows and rooflights installed and the new stair installed up to the new attic bedrooms and bathrooms. As the SHIA Gala Final approaches, we have been looking at our outstanding success through the years. 2016 Best Architect Firm – WINNER 🏆 Our first year entering the Scottish Home Improvement Awards. It was a great night and we were so honoured and surprised to see our little team win. Karen commented after this photo we needed smaller staff. 2017 Best Architect Practice – WINNER 🏆 Year 2 and we were back to enjoy another night at the Gala Final. We can’t win this year, we won last year, or so we thought…Another award! We were absolutely thrilled to be recognised for our hard work two years in a row. 2018 Best Architect Practice – Finalist 2018 saw us nominated for a 3rd year as Best Architectural Practice. Sadly, not this time but we had a great time celebrating with our friend at the Gala Final. 2019 Best Architect Practice – WINNER 🏆 2019 was a tough year for us, with Karen’s poor health we decided not attend the event. However, keeping an eye on the results, we were absolutely delighted to be winners, AGAIN. 2021 Best Architect Practice – Highly Recommended🥈 Outstanding Customer Service – Finalist We’re back in attendance after our 2019 & 2020 absence and absolutely thrilled to be highly recommended, recognising our growing teams’ successes and the challenges faced in the previous 2 years. 2021 was also the first year we attended without Karen.
